The Vintage Park Trapezoidal Canal and Strawberry Creek have different price ranges for houses around the creek and the canal. But for around the canal the lot sizes are bigger than the lot sizes around the creek. The reason why the lots sizes around the creek are smaller is because they don’t want to destroy the creek so they have to build around the creek so they have to limit the size of the houses. But the price range is higher by the creek than it is by the canal. The houses average by strawberry creek is around 450,000 and the average lot size is 1330 sq feet. Plus the houses by the vintage park trapezoidal canal the average are around 340,000 and the average lot sizes are around 2500 sq feet.
So you are really paying more for the view of the creek and the wild life that the creek has around it. so the houses around the Vintage Park trapezoidal canal are a better value because they are a lot cheaper than the Strawberry Creek because they are paying more for the view of the creek and the wildlife that is around the creek, so I think that it is better to buy a house by the Vintage Park trapezoidal canal instead of buying a house by Strawberry Creek.
The average lot sizes for the houses are:
•Vintage Park Trapezoidal canal
Lot size: 2500sq. feet
Cost: 340,000
•Strawberry Creek
Lot size: 1330 sq. feet
Cost: 450,000

My research indicates that the houses by Vintage Park Trapezoidal Canal sales for at least $275,560 and each house has 1,858 square foot per house and the houses on the Strawberry Creek Watershed side sales for at least $263,200 and each house has about 1,226 square foot per house.
Vintage Park Trapezoidal Canal
$304,500 2,136 sqft
$286,500 1,884 sqft
$266,500 1,654 sqft
$220,500 1,663 sqft
$300,000 1,956 sqft
All added and divided by 5 equals $275,560 and all the square footage added and divided by 5 equals 1,858 sqft.
Strawberry Creek Watershed
$275,000 1,487 sqft
$289,500 1,685 sqft
$244,500 1,487 sqft
$270,500 1,685 sqft
$254,500 1,487 sqft
All added and divided by 5 equals $263,200 and all the square footage added and divided by 5 equals 1,226 sqft.
I would choose to live on the Vintage Park Trapezoidal Canal side because even though I would have to pay more money about $275,560 for a house I would have more square footage with my house and I like bigger space and the houses on the Strawberry Creek side cost about $263,200 and they have a smaller lot with their houses.

The pricing average between the Vintage Park trapezoidal canal and the Strawberry Creek watershed. The house price went down so, the value of the house went down too. So now you can get a bigger house for cheaper price and more square foots. By trapezoidal canal, the average price is 310,500 and with a 2,250 square foot per house. And on the other side by Strawberry Creek watershed side is 290,550 and with a 1,950 square foot per house.
House price near by trapezoidal canal
300,000 1,956 sqft
285,000 1,550 sqft
310,000 2,010 sqft
296,550 1,850 sqft
289,999 2.050sqft
I would choose to live on the Strawberry Creek because the house price is cheaper. And you have nice views. The more you pay for the house, the bigger your house going to be. You will see different kind of wild life that creek has and much more…..

Vintage Park Trapezoidal Canal Strawberry Creek Watershed
Price Sq. ft. Price Sq. ft
$273,000 1,685 $305,000 2,189
$206,000 957 $369,000 2,820
$210,000 983 $282,000 1,842
$268,000 1,685 $307,000 2,189
$219,000 2,092 $287,000 1,842
Average: Average:
$235,200 1,408 $310,000 2,176
As you can see, the numbers are quite different. While Vintage Park’s are is cheaper your sq footage is cut, but in Strawberry Creek the price is higher and you get more sq footage. If I had the money I would go with Strawberry Creek. You may pay more but its worth it and the resale value might be larger in this area rather than in Vintage Park.
